SIYC Fleet Captain's Report: 2025 Lighted Boat Parade Competition Results
We had a total of 11 boats pre-registered. 3 dropped out at the last min for various reasons. 8 boats participated and all got a prize!!
the top 3 were as follows:
1) Hawk Caldwell in power boat "SECOND DWELLING" "The Penguins"
2) Tocky Lawrence in power boat "WEE BEE IDIOTS" "The Candy Canes"
3) Sean Richardson in sailboat "DROP KICK MURPHY" "Sailboat Christmas Tree"
We also want to thank Sea Tow (Captain Phil Robertson) and DNR (Sergeant Greg Jilik) for their participation and help.
A very special thanks to all the Solomon Businesses that contributed prizes for the event!!

2025 was a super cruise year for SIYC and we thank everyone who participated. We are currently hard at work on the 2026 Cruise Schedule. If you have ideas for a 2026 cruise, please give Fleet Captain Jim Kiley a call or send him an email at FCSIYC@gmail.com. Our goal is to make 2026 even more exciting for sailboaters, motorboaters, and those who come to our cruise destinations via automobile.
Below is the 2025 Cruise Schedule!! Sign up sheets are posted in our SIYC Clubhouse Hallway behind the bar. These physical sign up sheets at the Club is the only method to sign up for a cruise. Docking space at cruise destinations are generally limited, so please sign up early to ensure you have a spot.
